"I’m definitely pro-selfie. I think that anybody who’s anti-selfie is really just a hater. Because, truthfully, why shouldn’t people take pictures of themselves? When I’m on Instagram and I see that somebody took a picture of themselves, I’m like, ‘Thank you.’ I don’t need to see a picture of the sky, the trees, plants. There’s only one you. I could Google image search ‘the sky’ and I would probably see beautiful images to knock my socks off. But I can’t Google, you know, ‘What does my friend look like today?’ For you to be able to take a picture of yourself that you feel good enough about to share with the world – I think that’s a great thing."

"Your sadness is not beautiful. It’s not keeping you warm. It’s not keeping you company. You don’t feel it right now but your sadness is sinking you. It’s slowly taking over your body, biting your soul and splitting your heart. Don’t let it crack you open. Fight it."
"Be who God called you to be."
Meet Blake Ansari.
He is six years old. And he saw a need. So he started a book drive for homeless children. He collected and distributed 600 books. His next plan? To build a library. Here’s what his mother reports he said:
When you listen to the community, learn from the community, and help the community, you connect to your best self.
I love this. I love how much children want to and long to help and care about their communities it makes me happy. It makes me see hope and justice being done.
